ISO Certification

We obtained ISO 9002 certificate of 1994 version in year 2000 from KEMA which covered all the activities provided by BSA i.e container transportation, warehousing, container yard, container repair, custom clearance and forwarding with the scope of Jakarta and Serang depot area.

In line with the development and progress of this International Standard, the third edition of ISO 9001 cancels and replaces the second edition (ISO 9001:1994) together with ISO 9002:1994 and ISO 9003:1994. It constitutes a technical revision of these documents.

For this, to upgrade the ISO certificate that we currently hold into ISO 9001:2000 version, in the meantime, we are already preparing the necessary steps and project plans in revising as well as adopting the new requirements of the quality management system required to comply with this 2000 version guided by professional consultant.

By May, 2003, when the certificate expires then we are able to renew it with 2000 version at the same time which focus and emphasizes strongly on customer satisfaction to which we head it too from time to time.
